Why do you need my card if I'm not being charged?
Stripe holds your card for security, but no charge is made during the 14-day trial period. If you decide Iris isn't right for you, cancel before your trial ends through Settings and your card won't be charged.
Small Team

Greenhouse members. Iris is included in your Greenhouse membership at no additional cost. Sign in with the email address on your membership and access is applied automatically.
Students on placement. Free for the length of the placement, on application from your supervising clinician.

Iris should be available to the clinicians and communities who need it most, not only to those who can pay the full price. These provisions are a standing part of our pricing.
Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations
50% off any tier, by application.
Rural and remote sole traders
25% off the Individual tier, by application.
Both provisions are applied with a single-use code. We review applications within a few business days and will email you the code at the address on your application.
Try before you commit
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to Iris. A card is required at sign-up, but nothing is charged during the trial. Your subscription automatically converts to paid at the standard tier price when the 14 days end.
If you decide Iris isn't right for you, cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal before your trial ends and your card won't be charged. After the trial converts to a paid subscription, the annual fee is non-refundable for the current term, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time.
